If a user or customer wishes for any of their information to be removed from our database, we will gladly do so upon request via the contact details provided on our contact page. Whilst browsing our site, some anonymous data is collected for analytics purposes to help us improve the user experience. This data is collected through Google Analytics, and no personally identifiable information is gathered. The type of information collected may include the search terms used to find our site, geographical location, the technology used to access the site (such as mobile or desktop device, browser, or screen resolution), length of time spent on the site, pages visited, and forms submitted. Credit or debit card details are not stored, and the only information retained is a user’s or customer’s transaction history, name, address, and email address. Some of this information may be used for marketing purposes by Northern Garms; however, no spam emails will be sent—only emails relating to our company, products, or services. If users or customers do not wish to receive these emails, they may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the email footer.
In some cases, products may be dispatched directly from our suppliers. In these cases only a user’s/customer’s name, address and email address will be passed on to these companies.
